Cooking Classes

People come in Italy and fall in love with our places and food.

To live all the italian sensations, tastes and smells in your house, just have a one day chef with us.

Our cooking classes are made for those who wants to see Rome and have a perfect tour even with a small time.
Our classes’ program will let you replicate traditional dishes of roman and italian cuisine, you will bring back with you taste of tipical italian food.

Courses are entirely practical, interactive and will let everybaody to make and eat his own pasta.
Lessons are structurated in 3 hours, from H 11 to 14 and from H 17 to 20, in wich you will cook  first dishes (Onedaypasta), second dishes (Onedaysecondi), or pizza (Onedaypizza).
Classes is composed by a maximum of 16 people and in several languages.

  • Welcome with prosecco and pizza
  • Dressing chef’s hat, apron and kitchen towel (kit which you will keep as a souvenir)

Pasta is the basic element of italian cuisine and culture. You cannot leave Rome without join a Onedaypasta lesson, in wich you will perfectly cook the most beloved foodby italians.

During classes we will make together some dishes among spaghetti alla carbonara, bucatini all’amatriciana, linguine al pesto, gnocchi and also fresh pasta aslasagne, fettuccine, tagliolini and many others by chef’s choice and season availabilty.

Some dishes:

  • Bucatini all’ amatriciana
  • Spaghetti alla carbonara
  • Spaghetti pomodoro e basilico
  • Linguine al pesto

Fresh pasta:

  • Gnocchi
  • Fettuccine
  • Lasagne

Any menu could be changed by chef, season or availability.



In tipical italian menu there is a second dish: meat, fish or vegetables.

Just to have an idea it’s possible to make: scaloppina, abbacchio scottadito, saltimbocca alla romana, polpette della nonna, melanzane alla parmigiana e filetti di baccalà.
